Shop Policies

Payment

• We accept Paypal only. No checks, money orders or cash.
• Payment is due immediately at the time of purchase.
• If payment has not been receive within 3 days, the order will be canceled.

Shipping

• Items will be shipped within the United States via USPS.
• Please note that USPS (United States Postal Service) usually takes 3-7 days for delivery with a maximum of 14 days.
• Items will be shipped 1-2 days after payment has cleared. You will be notified when your item has been shipped.
• Tracking information will be provided for orders within the U.S. If you wish to upgrade your order to priority shipping please let us know as we will arrange a custom listing with new shipping price.
• International shipping is available but please note that we can not provide tracking information unless you request your package to be insured.
• Items will always be carefully handled and will be packaged in bubble mailers.
• Please remember to make sure your shipping address is current and up to date, as that is where we will be sending your item.

Refunds and Exchanges

• All sales are final.
• No returns accepted.
• Damaged items will be exchanged for another item of the same kind within 7 days of received delivery.
• We must receive damaged items first before shipping out a replacement item.

Additional Policies and FAQs

• The artist (us) retains all copyrights to original images and artwork. Copyright is not transferable with sale.
• Please keep in mind that all items are handmade by us and may not always look identical, but we try our hardest to make sure they look as close to each other as humanly possible.
• When the materials are gone, so is the design. We will not make replicas of a certain design if we no longer have the exact materials. We will, however, make a similar looking design with similar looking materials.
• Please feel free to contact us if there is a problem with your order or if there is an issue you wish to discuss with us. We can resolve any issues together by simply communicating with each other in a respectful manner ^_^
